1.1. Apfelkuchen
Scaled, as the orig src uses a 22cm form, I've got a 30cm one
1.1.1. Take 1
Batter:
- 370 g Vollkornmehl (I used Dinkel 630)
- 280 g Zucker
- 240 g Speisestärke
- 15 g Backpulver (ca. 1 Päckchen)
- 3,5 EL Zimt
- 370 g vegane Butter
- 370 g Apfelmus
40 min of 200º Umluft
Apples:
- 4 Large Pink Lady apples
It does get quite dark up top after half an hour, unsure how to mitigate this

Batter:
- 330 g Vollkornmehl (I used Dinkel 630)
- 280 g Zucker
- 240 g Speisestärke
- 15 g Backpulver (ca. 1 Päckchen)
- 3,5 EL Zimt
- 370 g vegane Butter
- 390 g Apfelmus
Apples:
- 4 Large Pink Lady apples, halved and slightly sliced to produce more surface area

40 min of 180º Ober Unterhitze
